sorry for not updating any latest news, tips and products.. masih banyak gamba dalam camera yang belum ditransfer ke lappy dan terlalu banyak perkara yang nak dikejar... it's a hectic month for me plus my little kitchen is in revation progress!!! erk!

so, starting from this week, i'll not taking any orders from cuctomers.. the renovation takes bout 2months to be settled n i'm afraid if my cakes will have a 'batu+simen' taste, and too powdery (because there are too many dust, everywhere!) kalo tak stop buat kek! hehe!

there are ketuk2 sana, ketuk2 sini, lubang2 sana, lubang2 sini.. wiring terjuntai here and there.. siling plaster yang terkopak, simen marble yg dah dicabut - i dont think it's a gud condition for me to make the cakes...

i'll make a come back later.. hope after everything is settled, i'm able to make a better-looking-cakes and of course, it'll taste better too!!!

aritu saya ada announce untuk berhenti sementara daripada menerima tempahan ciskek.. this is due to eye laser surgery that i've gone thru.. untuk tahu cerita selanjutnya mengenai eye laser surgery a.k.a lasik surgery, view this belog (click)

suppose i'll be online again on 28 feb, tapi tak sampai hati menolak permintaan rakan yang meminta saya buatkan triffle, saya gagahkan jugak.. memang mata saya dah recover 100% (according to the doc) cuma diri sendiri tengah adjust with 'the new pair of eyes'.. rasa janggal sikit.. hehe!

so, here's the triffle.. guna recipe yang paling simple sekali! hehehe!

last sekali ada tuang crystal jelly, tapi warna dia sama ngan warna custard, so tak nampak sangat perbezaan.. harap kak hasni berpuas hati.. walaupun simple, tapi lazat! insyaallah! saya buat ni dengan penuh rasa sayang tau! hehehe! sebab ini kalo pertama customer tempah triffle kat saya.. saya tak amik tempahan ni, tapi sebab nak tolong rakan2 sejawat.. apa salahnya.. tak sedap ati pulak nanti orang sampai termimpi2 teringat tak dapat makan triffle saya! hahaha! verangan + ferasan tak hengat!!!
